Admission Process

• Previous schooling is not a prerequisite for entry into Pre School/Play Group & Kindergarten.
• Kindergarten 1 to  Grade 7 are encouraged to visit the school/classroom as part of the admissions process.
• Students applying for Grades 1-7 will be scheduled a placement screener and an interview at the appropriate time to provide the school with baseline skills.

Process:

1. Fill and Submit Application Forms
2. Add/Attach the following documents
   • Copy of NIC and or Document related to your visa status
   • Current and previous school report cards
   • Official school record/transcript
   • Health documents/vaccination cards
   • Confidential school references or any documentation with details about your child's learning and behavioral needs
3. A member of the admissions team will contact the parent/guardian to schedule a time and date to meet with them.
4. A meeting with the applicants (parent and student) will take place. During the meeting they will discuss the educational program, mutual educational expectations, the necessary documentation requirements, take them on a tour of the school, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
5. Testing will be done in order to assess the abilities of the applicant.
6. The student/parent will be provided with a copy of the Student Handbook to check out and familiarize themselves with the policies and procedures of the school.
7. An admission offer letter will be issued.
8. An agreement with the parent/guardian about the terms of education will be made.
9. Confirmation of payment.
10. An admissions confirmation letter will be issued. 

Note: Parents are expected to fill in all the attached forms by either printing it at home or using a hardcopy of the same available at the school and submit the (complete documentation) at the front desk.
